We chose Golden Hammer to do a major gut renovation of our master bathroom. I interviewed several general contractors and Shawn was by far the most knowledgeable and honest about the process. We had specific "aging in place" goals that needed to be addressed. Our design process took several months, but in the end that time spent up front paid big dividends on the back end. I have high praise for the entire team at GH. They have competent and responsive office staff, very good in-house on-site workers and they also use the best sub contractors for their jobs. Their supervisors handle the details and keep you informed. That communication is the key. Nothing ever goes 100% perfectly on any job regardless of your planning. But what matters is how the situations are handled and rectified. My experience is that GH does the right thing for their clients and we couldn't be happier with our completed project.
